First of all I would like to say that the name change was overdue and an excellent choice to both shift away from "NSFL" and embrace the international nature of the league. Some other potential changes that could improve the quality of the league in my own opinion could include letting users who already play OL or less stat driven positions to creat an OL user to help shift away from bots and towards a more user driven team, another change would be to implement retroactive tpe gains for users that join later in the cycle of the season to have close to the same amount as other draftees rather than letting those who wait til the deadline have an advantage, or providing more community events to help foster community growth and fun away from the sims and players. Another change that I would like to see in the league would be to loosen some of the tampering regulations after the deadline has passed for players who are in the final year of the contract or have confirmed to use their option, would need to change the option system. Lastly, the draft process is often the focal point of a players time in the league so implementing league wide events and streams would help make this time more enjoyable.
