like Butters said, most players stay down like minor league baseball/hockey. If the team has an immediate need than that player will go up. Last season only 12/75 players went up right away. Not even the entire top ten went up, even the first pick stayed down.
Usually offensive players stay longer because they need more TPE to be effective against veteran ISFL players, unless they are playing a backup role then they dont have to worry as much
