Strangely enough this is exactly why I was against it. We've seen what most considered to be no-brainer rules in the past vetoed by HO votes (not confirmed because of the lack of rules voting transparency, but nevertheless obvious). No reason why a governing body, internally selected without any sort of public oversight should be able to automatically veto a rule that every single team is in agreement on.
