Just to chime in with my own thoughts on the expansion proposal because I don't feel like writing a separate media:
I say this without diving into the data, but I think a 2 player loss limit (essentially everyone loses 2 players) is just a touch off for me. It does benefit better teams obviously, but more important is what it does to not as good teams. Some teams can afford to lose two players a lot easier than others. I am certain it's a frustrating thing, just look at what NOLA lost last time around, but that's also kind of the cost of being loaded at basically any point in time. Your TPE loss in terms of players being equivalent to the strength of your roster is much more in line with this idea of "everyone gets f'd equally" that I saw come up last go around than everyone losing two players across the board. I'm not suggesting there be no limit, just one that gives expansion teams proper options and doesn't disproportionately impact teams with lesser rosters.
Additionally, there absolutely must be some kind of clause dealing with opt-outs. Just go look at the number of players with options following S25, which I would assume would be the first season expansion teams are part of the league. Not addressing this severely limits the player pool that expansion teams can realistically pick from for fear of just losing the players they pick up. Users absolutely need control over their own player and I'd hate to see people drafted into expansion that don't want to be, but we kind of can't have it both ways, and if we want expansion teams to have any chance of succeeding then this is something that has to be addressed.
