This one is pretty self explanatory and prevents the long awaited league takeover by simmers drunk on power. The amount with which that is a joke is somewhat smaller than you may think. It is however wonderfully amusing to me that the only thing to be unanimously agreed upon is to tell simmers to stay in their lane. An interesting ending to this year's long and winding summit.
Isn't this the opposite? Previously simmers had the ability to vote on rules specifically pertaining to the sim but not to propose them, and this gives them that ability - more power, not less.
