There are plenty of great stories to come out of the Austin Copperheads locker room. However, one of the more memorable activities that was partaken was the great fantasy football draft. Now, you’re probably wondering how this is different from any others, this was a draft for players in something called the “NFL”. This inferior football league was a fun way for league members to randomly cheer on mortals in their football efforts. During said draft, there was quite a bit of jarring going on throughout the whole contest. There were a few highlights of the draft as we went through. First, it was well known and reported that Jeeta was eyeing Tight End, Rob Gronkowski. Inside sources during the draft said that he couldn’t wait to “Gronk Smash the whole house down” once he made the selection. However, when the time came for him to select a tight end, he would pass on the Gronkster. Another highlight was when during the draft, Guice decided to get cut due to extremely poor behavior. This caused quite the stir as he was already selected. Since Guice actions were so lewd, we as a team decided it was best we would erase him from our draft board as well. It was a great draft and it will be interesting to see how the season plays out.
