(S24) - PT 1 - Trivia Night

When RedCydranth (Marc Spector) and I were younger we used to get together for a lot of game nights. We would usually play scattergories until very early in the morning with some of our other friends. Red and I were always debating the other’s answers. He saw my answers as foolish and I simply didn’t want to lose. Before he passed away we looked back on these memories fondly and had a good time reminiscing. One particular night that both of us remembered so well was when the category ‘Car Part’ came up. The letter was ‘T’. He argued that ‘Truck Bed’ was an acceptable answer. Red always thought outside the box and not putting down the obvious answers was always his claim to victory. We had to have argued over that for hours about why it should or should not be marked down as points. Some others joined in on his or my side. Ultimately I can’t remember the outcome but I do remember putting some absurd answers as retribution and using his own arguments against him. I also remember getting so red in the face that it matched my T-Shirt. I’m sad that I will never be able to do those things again but I am so happy that I am to remember them and share these memories with all of you.
