Why the fuck are we more worried about discussion on articles than paying the people who need that money for gear/training??? You can discuss the article when it gets moved to the graded section.
If an article is posted, assume it's ready for grading, unless it specifically states otherwise. If you post something, and it's not done, and you don't tell anyone it's not done, that's your own fault. If it's not ready for grading, it's not hard to throw a bold quote at the top
We're holding up everyone getting paid because of the 5% maybe that will post an unfinished article.
Presser are separate, hence why they have their own forum and payment scale.
