Luckily I am on a great team. At the time I write this we are currently undefeated. So that being said I am surrounded by great players, many of whom will get awards this season. So far I am playing to the best of my abilities but I am not producing in a way to get that type of recognition. All in all I still give everything I have every week. You know who else gives everything they have every week? Rickie Vaughne, the dude is a monster. I have been watching him play all season and trying to follow in his footsteps. He sinks under the radar like a submarine and then pounces like a wolf when the ball is thrown his way. He has 2 interceptions, one going all the way for a touchdown. I myself was 1 yard short of going the distance. I just couldn’t push my defender off enough. Rickie also has 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Whenever the ball gets passed his way, he’ll either make sure the receiver doesn’t get it or make sure he wished he hadn’t. Rickie gets my vote for cornerback of the year and defender of the year, if that’s even a thing.
