In this update HERE you miscalculated your available TPE, as 17+9=26 and not 28. Therefore your banked TPE was too high in that update, which was then carried on to the next one and applied to your build.
The errors above result in the following:
Your build takes 252 TPE to complete. And the DSFL cap is at 250 TPE. To fix this error your Agility will be lowered by 2 TPE (66 -> 65), as this is the last stat you've raised.
