The standout leader for any postseason award on the Coyotes has to be rookie offensive tackle Clay Stallworth. The 7th OL drafted in the most recent DSFL draft at this point has to be the favorite for offensive lineman of the year. Stallworth leads all offensive linemen with a whopping 30 pancakes and 0 sacks allowed through six games. That first number puts him on pace to just beat the all-time DSFL record for pancakes in a season - 70 vs. the existing record 67. This leads the DSFL, with only 1 player within 5 of him. The Coyotes have run the second fewest offensive plays of any team, meaning that on a per-snap basis Stallworth's results have been even more impressive. While nothing is certain with 8 games left to play, I would be quite surprised if Stallworth didn't win this award.
Another strong contender on the Coyotes is a potential repeater in S23 Tight End of the Year Rigby Raccoon. Rigby had a great year in S23 with 58 catches for 656 receiving yards (11.3 ypc) and 2 touchdowns, plus 17 pancakes and 1 sack allowed in the blocking game. This year he is on pace to beat all of those already impressive marks as the KC passing game has taken a leap forward. Through 6 games, Rigby has 32 catches (tied for the DSFL lead among all players!) for 356 yards (11.1 ypc) and 2 touchdowns, plus 11 pancakes and 0 sacks allowed. There is no other tight end in the DSFL who has had such an impact both catching and blocking as Rigby, so it will come down either to great performances by other players or to voter fatigue if he doesn't repeat.
