This year for the San Jose Sabercats in season twenty four has been full of ups and downs, but there have been a few consistencies for this team, Deondre Thomas-Fox being one of the most consistent and brightest spots for the team. Thomas-Fox has been a great receiver for the young Sabercat team for the past few seasons, but this year he has proved why he is one of the best in the game so far this season. The seventh year veteran has crashed through the scene this year, tied for first in yards with nine hundred and sixteen receiving yards, he has been an explosive force for San Jose nearly every game this season so far. Having nineteen and a half yards per catch with forty-seven receptions, he is far and away the most productive receiver and shows it nearly every time he gets the ball in his hands. With these stats alone in mind, Deondre Thomas-Fox is my choice for Wide Receiver of the Year. Keeping in mind his young offense surrounding him, Thomas-Fox in my eyes has done much more for his team relatively than any other receiver in the league this season, and single-handedly has carried the team through some tough wins. An absolute monstrosity for the Sabercats, if his production keeps going at this pace, should be a shoe in for the illustrious award.
