Can I tell you about London Royals linebacker, Juan Domine? It's no surprise that the man is an absolute beast. He already owns several Royals records, including most tackles in a season, most interceptions in a game, most interceptions in the playoffs, and most interception return yards in a playoff game. This season has been just as impressive for the young defender. He's currently ninth in the league in tackles, but that is only 18 behind the league leader. He also has five tackles for loss, which is the league high among linebackers, and is tied for the league lead in sacks. Finally, he has five pass deflections, which is tied for fourth. What does all of this mean? It means that Domine has the complete defensive game. It's fairly dime a dozen for a guy to be a high end pass rusher, but struggle in pass coverage, or be a great run defender, but struggle with getting to the quarterback. What is incredibly uncommon is for a guy to be a master in all facets of his defensive game. Domine can stuff the run, get to the quarterback, and cover receivers like a blanket. Juan Domine is the real deal, and hopefully the awards voters notice.
