Fire Salamanders just feels awkward to say in my opinion. This isn't to say I don't like the mascot choice. It doesn't mean much to me if fire salamanders aren't necessarily in Berlin, and I think it was a creative choice. That being said, I think there were better options. Maybe when a logo is revealed my opinion will change.
