When your playing in college you think you’ve got it all sorted out. Playing in front of packed stadiums, on tv all the time, playing in bowl games. You think you’ve made it. But then you get drafted to a whole new city and a whole new team. For Yeboah he thought it would be a piece of cake. That was far from the truth.
In college when Yeboah met a runner in the open field it was already game over, the play was done, and no one would want to run into him for the rest of the game. In the Coyotes first game of the season against Myrtle Beach, Yeboah thought it would be more of the same. Until they ran the ball forty six times for two hundred and twenty seven yards. By the end of the game Yeboah had a all new perspective on what it was going to take to succeed in this league.
He couldn’t rely on believing no one wanted to run against him. They were going to run at him and he had to be ready. So he got his head together and worked harder than he ever had. To make sure he would be ready every single play. And now, he always will be.
