LeBron James III has faced many difficult moments throughout his life. Being that he is the grandson and son of two prolific Hall of Fame basketball players, the pressure and scrutiny he faces as an athlete every day is extremely challenging. With the highly decorated pedigree that he follows the expectation for him to be good at anything he does is extremely high. This is why it came as a shock when he chose to play football instead of basketball and follow in their footsteps. His family, the sports world and fans around the world we are in complete shock. Bronny III was playing basketball for most of his life until he decided he wanted to write his own destiny. In Basketball he found early success right away. The physical gifts he was blessed with and the natural talent that have been passed down from grandfather to father to son was unmistakably similar. When he decided to take his talents into football he was definitely met with a welcome to the league moment his very first game. He was a sophomore in high school and managed to obtain the varsity starting QB position. That very first game did not go how he wanted at all. LeBron James III threw 3 interceptions and only threw for 112 yards. His team lost. Everyone was extremely sad. Bronny III however used this as fuel. Even though he was met with extreme criticism and many told him to stop. The very next week he struck back with the four touchdown game and would lead his team to a victory. Bronny III was quoted right after that game saying, “I write my own destiny I will rise through greatness I am my own man!” That statement would be the driving force that would lead his team that year to a state championship.
