Personally, I think that Dotts is a great way to take money out of the economy. Three and a half million a week if you want a pack everyday really puts a hit on the bank account and does one of two things for the league. First it pulls a good amount of money out of bank accounts which leads to more content for the league and makes league jobs more desirable. Weather that content is pack reviews or people making podcasts it will bring even more life into the forums which is good for the whole league. The jobs being more desirable is awesome for the league as it will add competition to limited spots or it will mean more people can do things like sim, do updates or audit accounts. Weather it is one of these or both these are both good for the league. In terms of combating minimum contracts I think that a new TPE salary minimum is what would be best to prevent those with one thousand plus TPE taking three million a year forming super teams. You can use the Dotts system to break apart the brackets. Under 250, 250-500, 500-750 and 1000 plus can all have their own categories. I think that it’s important the best players aren’t taking bear minimum deals as it sets a bad example in case a player does want to get paid. If I want to be the highest paid player and I am very active in earning money it is looked at poorly by most of the league because that money could be used towards someone less active which makes less sense to me, if I put in the effort I should be able to ask for proper compensation.
