The launch of Dott's has seemed to be an overall success and I for one think that the cards look great. I will say that they have a Madden Ultimate Team feel to them and that is one thing that I really wish could be changed. I think it would be much better if the base set cards for every player had a matching theme. I would want to get rid of this bronze, silver, gold, and elite tier system. Instead replace it with a uniform numbered base set. This means each card would have a number and in the set there would be X number of cards. For example if there 150 cards in the base set (these are non-special cards) then every card would have a number of 1-150 that would allow for the player to slowly collect them all. Then I would like to see the unique sets from a series. I want to see more rookie card designs and even the idea of running patch or letter options. I think that the collecting would really benefit as a whole from an increase in variety of unique pulls and an increase in uniformity of the common pulls. Another great set addition in my opinion would any sets that are numbered out of limited amount of cards. For example if you pulled a Brach Thomaslacher Rookie Auto it would be awesome if there were only 50 of those cards and you pulled one that said 27/50 or 13/50. My final suggestion for Dott's is to work together with the Bank and figure out a way to allow for us to sell and buy cards on the site.
