I wanted to bring up a point about rookie PT myself. I agree it feels a bit unfair but not in the same way as you. 
I feel it would make sense for rookie PT to only be available to those who missed out on waivers when they joined.
If you look at the TPE numbers just now Eldorian and 209Tacos have (roughly) 15 TPE more than you even though you started on the same day. Which is immediately unfair.
My thought would be, you shouldn't be able to claim rookie PT if you are able to utilise the waiver/trade deadline process.
I'm the highest earning true rookie (not waivered) as far as I'm aware. And I'm still almost 20 points behind you (and that's including 8 TPE from recruiting).
That 20 point buffer seems more than fair for someone creating on trade deadline. The extra 15 on top of that would make it almost pointless to try and compete.

I agree with this as well. The PBE actually has something that solves that a bit. It's called late joiner TPE and you get a certain number of TPE if you join later (though not 100%, but it still helps).
