How did the Bachelorette get posted in announcements and this didn't?
Really great piece, Adam. Only gripe I have with it is that some of us GMs actually like working with agents, and in fact voted to reduce agency costs last offseason. I'd like for rookies to be able to have somebody in their corner, not only because it gives them more negotiating power, but because it gives them somebody who understands how to work through the process reasonably, and without breaking the bank. Agents sometimes (often) force GMs to get creative about finding an agreeable solution to the desires and demands of both sides, and I like seeing that, because it means both sides leave the table knowing that the deal they've agreed to works for them.
Also for what it's worth, I think I have TOs in my contract. I did quite literally sign myself though, so, take that with a grain of salt.
