Tim u might be on to something, why not make an official position for agents, one that is connected to HO, basically someone to make sure agents are playing by the rules
my issue with the money thing is the bar is a little too high for someone to get into agency if they don’t have a player
I think things like team loyalty’s can be reworked into an agent can’t bring his clients into his team or something similar (this is off the top of my head)

If youre in the league for 5 seasons and are active then you'll have the money to cover a license. I just think that the $10 mill makes sure that the agents are people who understand the league and certain situations that someone who's been around say 3 seasons haven't experienced. 10 mill to me insures that an agent is going to be experienced and committed to the league.
