This player has been Audited to the Oct 3rd update.
The following errors have been found:

1. Post #90, confirmed with the regression team and the correct regression is....
   742 pre regression/update, + 24 TPE update for 766 pre regression. Regression should occur from 766.
   766*.2 is 153.2 Regression rounds down so 766 - 153 = 613 TPE post regression. From that point you've added 22 TPE over the next couple updates for a final total of 635 TPE.
