Venus Powers is undoubtedly the greatest of all time kicker in the ISFL. In S24 alone, Powers kicked with a 100% efficiency in both extra points and field goals, helping the Honolulu Hahaluas reach the playoffs.
While other kickers had kicked 100% of their extra points (Langdon from Orange County in 2020, Lawes from Arizona in 2035, or Clutch from Arizona in 2036) OR their field goals (S, Harris of Liberties in 2017 and 2019), Powers was the first to obtain the full 100% rating in Season 24, kicking 32 of 32 extra points AND 29 of 29 field goals (non which were under 20 yards). She is also the first to kick 100% of their extra points 3 seasons in a row, an unheard of feat that garnered Powers multiple awards, from The ISFL Punter of the year (2036 and 2037) and Kicker of the Year (2039). She has also been a Pro-Bowler Punter or Kicker for the last 5 seasons (2035 – 2039), and is tied in the ISFL for the third all-time, longest field goal (57). If that was not enough, Powers has third in punt average (47.4 yards), showing that her skills are all-around in the foot-to-ball aspect of football.
As a fellow Seawolf and Hahalua, this writer may be accused of bias, but the numbers speak for themselves: Venus Powers is a kicker that will go down in ISFL history as the best there ever has been.
