GFX Pay Changes

There should be a bonus for the GFX artist if their design is actually chosen as someone's signature. If you make your own signatures this shouldn't apply. I think we should encourage more of the 'contract/requested' GFX the same way there are requested articles. Plus signatures are badass and I want everyone to have their own unique look. It's one of my favorite aspects of the NSFL, and I know a lot of people enjoy it as well.

I really like this idea. But it could be abused by teammates putting something as their sig for like a week then changing it etc. I'm not sure how you'd regulate that so the system is actually working the way it was intended
