GFX Pay Changes

Due to the extremely mixed reaction that this decision has received, we are going to sideline this change until further notice. Graders as well as the community will work together to find a solution that we can all agree on.

The vision that I have clearly does not align with the vision of the members of the community, and that may be for a number of reasons. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and again, I would like to work together with certain members of the GFX community to find a solution.

Good call Dave, glad you saw the light and can admit to a mistake. It's up to the community to begin working WITH Dave so we figure out a happy medium.
