The build after the previous audit has 170 applied TPE, so there should be 0 in the bank at that point. The previous audit was saying the 10 applied TPE should have taken Strength from 60->65. The user started their next update at 66 Strength, effectively using up the 2 banked TPE in the process. Thus 2 TPE should be removed from banked.
In the September 24 update, two weekly trainings were claimed that were posted in the same week, labeled as WT1 (Sunday August 23) and WT2 (Tuesday August 25). The second of these claims is invalid and 5 TPE needs to be deducted.
In total that's -5 total TPE and -7 banked TPE.
