The current build is completely valid but I did want to note some errors I found for posterity. Luckily they cancelled each other out.
In the update on August 24, the player uses 20 newly claimed TPE to fix the 20 TPE shortfall found in the previous audit. However, they also keep two changes from this previous update (arm to 89 and accuracy to 90) that spent those same 20 TPE. At this point, 20 extra TPE have been applied compared to what has been earned.
In the same update, the player claims 20 new TPE and spends 10 of them, but the banked TPE remains at 0. This reduces the excess applied TPE by 10, down to +10 total so far.
Finally, in the following update, Arm is changed from 89 to 90 when the last update had already put it to 90. This "excess spend" of 10 TPE means that the total excess applied TPE is reduced by 10 and we're back to even.
