The claim for PT #2 has not been posted yet, so you can't claim it yet. This means that your TPE earned for this update is actually 15 and you would have 18 total TPE available once accounting for the 3 banked TPE. This isn't enough TPE to bring Endurance from 84 to 86, so instead I brought Endurance up to 85 and banked the remaining TPE. So your new totals would be 85 Endurance, 8 banked TPE, and 873 total TPE.
