The San Jose Sabercats will be entering the playoffs with a respectable nine wins and 7 losses and will be hoping to defend their ultimus title after shocking the league last season. This season has had its ups and downs for a talented Sabercat team. With wins against teams like the Orange County Otters and a loss against the New York Silverbacks, it is hard to tell how San Jose will perform these playoffs, although I feel that we have a solid chance against any team in this league. San Jose will play its first playoff game against the Arizona Outlaws, who we've split the season with, 1 win and 1 loss for both of us in our matchups. Arizona has had a pretty good season this year, with both their offense and defenses playing at a high level this season. This will be a tough test for our team and we might need a few things to go our way to take the win. The other AFSC matchup is Honolulu versus Orange County, and while I find the Hahalua to be a respectable team, I would much rather play them than an Otters team firing on all cylinders. Overall I believe that our Sabercats have as good a chance as anyone to take the Ultimus again!
