Total TPE from regression needed to be subtracted is 249. (217 + 20 + 27) = 264 - 249 = 15 too much.
Endurance from 97 12/15 to 80 is 217 TPE. You only credited 202. So 15 tpe too much taken off.
I added that to arm as that is the current attribute you are trying to upgrade with the new year tpe and I'm assuming you want to get to the 90/90/90 threshold.
