For future Auditors: Strength was updated to 60 and Speed to 85 in the updated processed on 11/21. The player still shows a +10 to Strength and +60 to Speed in their 11/23 post. The +10 to Strength was disregarded and Speed was updated from 85->87 (10 TPE), giving them a bank of 1. I did not include the pending Tier 2 Equipment and Weekly Training post dated 11/23.
