Well, to be honest, Jay Cue's season is going very well, way better than expected. After changing from the interception throwing machine mobile archetype to the (let us hope for its last season) game manager cheese, Cue looks finally an experienced player. This obviously helps the Arizona Outlaws, that are now with a 2 - 3 record, after trashing the Honolulu Hahalua 44 - 20 last night. If the season ended at this point Arizona would miss the playoffs, but Cue would only miss the Most Valuable Player award if something "strange" happened again, like in Season 20, his rookie season. His 110.4 Quarterback rating is 14.3 points higher than the 2nd placed one, as he is currently with a TD to INT ratio of 12:2.
Another hot take is that i am 100% sure that Arizona will make it to the playoffs, even after losing a bunch of important players in free agency and managing to sign absolutely nobody during that time. But morale is high, some games were lost because the sim is gonna sim as usual (of course everyone tests at 80% in this league). But mark my words: Cue is going to finally win his MVP award and Arizona is going to win at least 1 playoff game.
