The Berlin fire salamanders are going to go 0-16 and will probably be contracted. Going into their expansion draft, a lot of people thought that they were getting too many good players in addition to the top pick in the draft. While the first season for an expansion team can be rough, Berlin were meant to be strong contenders in their second season and were some peoples favourites in the NSFC. However, their 0-5 start has proven that they are without a doubt the worst franchise to exist and their existence shouldn’t last long. After seeing the possibility that if you manage to be the top prospect this year you could end up on the Jets of the ISFL, Berlin, no prospects will want to earn any TPE and they will have a massive effect on both this class’s activity level, and recruitment of future classes. With this slow down in new members in mind, the league won’t be able to sustain 14 teams and will have to choose 2 to contract, Berlin being an obvious choice after their terrible roster decisions lead them to multiple winless seasons, the likes of which would make even the S16 Yeti team look elite.

There is even the possibility that their dismal performances will lead their #1 overall pick BamBam McMullet to quit the league and as our simmer, a terribly difficult role to fill, they could cause the whole league to fold. If their owner knew what was good for them, their GMs should be the Berlin Fired Salamanders before they proceed to ruin the whole league.
