The only issue I see is if there is a solid OL player on a team and only one, with the rest being fill-ins, why dedicate the pick to only have a strong 1/5? Having 4 terrible players still makes for an abysmal offensive line so why should a high draft pick be used if it won't elevate the team all that much? Now if we're talking about 3 or more offensive linemen on a team, then that's a different story but largely unrealistic. The impact a QB or WR can have on a team in my opinion far outweighs placing a band-aid on a floundering line. If there's a strong position at one area, the simple solution is to target the weak parts, which is every other place on the offensive line.
I think with the scarcity of offensive line players, there will be such a significant difference between bots and active guys that it makes it worth it to take them high. Even though it would be 1/5 like you said, that player would make everyone else so much better on the teams. QBs get more time to throw, WRs get more time to get open, RBs can cheese run to that side of the line. The only thing that you have to consider is how boring playing OLine would be though. Not very many stats to record and that means people may not stay invested very long.
Everyone wants to play QB, RB, and WR. It's why those positions are typically the ones with the most prior to a draft to start a league. Even if you draft a guy that goes inactive, it's pretty easy to find a replacement for them because the numbers are there.
