(S26) - PT 2 - You Sit on a Throne of Lies

This has been a rollercoaster season for many of the players, Tony Yeboah included. This is his first season in the ISFL so he was looking forward to it and through the first five games he was proving he belonged. He had twenty six tackles, four sacks and two interceptions. Numbers, which if he had kept up, could have led to a nomination for DROTY. In the next two games since he has had a combined three tackles. Going by his play at the start of the season I feel confident in saying that he’ll be a good player in this league for a long time.

His team, the Baltimore Hawks, have had much more downs than ups in their season so far. With a record of 2-5 they’re currently joint bottom of their division. I may be biased but i definitely don’t think they’re one of the worst teams in the league. They’re currently 0-3 at home which will hopefully change soon as they can’t go the whole season without a win at home. The offense and defence are both roughly middle of the pack in most stats, which obviously doesn’t translate to a 2-5 record.

A lot of people seem to think of the Hawks as one of the worst teams if not the worst in the league. I would say this is a big overreaction. I’m not going to say they’re one of the best teams in the league but I definitely believe they’re better than their current record shows.
