Updated!
Updating Intelligence from 47 to 60 actually costs 23 TPE rather than 20 TPE, so you actually applied 29 TPE in this update when you only had 26 TPE available. The easiest way to fix this was to put Hands to 30 rather than 33 so that now you would be applying 23 TPE to Intelligence and 3 TPE to Hands. So your Hands would now be at 30 and all your other totals are as you listed.
