In a different universe in the year 2019, we have been doomed! Bamboozled! And we have been smeckledorfed! What has been set up as the most historic and most anticipated Half-Time Show the world would ever seen, turned into the biggest letdown in modern centuries.
The great betrayal of Maroon 5, Travis Scott and the NFL! They promised to perform Sweet Victory and pay homage to the greatest cartoon that ever existed and will ever exist: Spongebob Squarepants!
It implementation and execution would be so simple and yet the result would satisfy the fanbase and unite the world for a brief moment in time. So we all got up in front of our television during the Super Bowl hoping to experience a true work of art. But what did we get you may ask?
We got f*cking S I C K O M O D E….
So the ISFL can claim this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and give us fans what we deserve and need in those daring times. So let me pitch my idea oft he greatest half time show you will ever witness:
You just replicate what the episode „Band Geeks“ is already given us. Let a giant glass bowl elevate from the ground. All the musicians that play the various instruments get the iconic red suits. The main singer is obviously going to be someone in a Spongebob costume, just like Plankton, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy; Mrs. Puff and all his company.
So the shows starts. Lights out. A single stage lights focuses the audience attention to keyboard player. Than he hits the famous tunes. After that the focus shifts to the singer in the spongebob costume and the audience hears him singing the words:
„The winner takes all
It's the thrill of one more kill
The last one to fall
Will never sacrifice their will“
And the drummer in hits his instrument and a epic fire and light show starts tot he beat oft he music. The rest is and will be history…..

Troy Abed the next great Drew Brees?
Troy Abed is an underrated and often overlooked QB prospect from the Greendale Community College. He is 23 years old, 6´1´´ tall and brings a weight of 210 lbs. The biggest strength and the most promising feature is most likely his arm. Even in his young career, he is able to sling the ball deep and accurately into the field. Is high intelligence, football IQ and his overall understanding of defensive schemes and concept gives him a big advantage to take the step into the next level.
Even though it seems like his lack of speed and agility and therefore his ability to extend plays could be a potential problem for his offense, he will make up with his quick decision-making. He truly can control the game and create a calm and confident atmosphere for his offense and lead them to a victory.
Personality-wise his biggest strengths are his leadership, work ethic and competitiveness. His absolute will to put in the extra hours of work to improve his skills matchlessly.
He is definitely a draft sleeper and scouts and GM´s should look more into his talent and potential. If given some time to improve he has the potential to develop into the next Drew Brees.
