Might be worth combing through the top 25 all time and making a note of all the recruitment TPE that particular player/user benefitted from
also let's not ignore HO fucking @jeffie43 out of #1 all time by changing recruitment TPE rules and hiding behind the idea that they werent applied correctly, when you're literally reading the words of the guy who implemented recruitment TPE in the ISFL right now.
