Thank you for everything you have done for the Yeti. You've put a great team together both on and off the field. A recent article showed the average TPE for each team right now and the Yeti are the second highest by a pretty good margin. This is a testament to how well Incite has done at drafting a putting together a great team. We won the NSFC last year and based on our strong foundation, we should be contenders for a long time. Not only has this team put forth great results, but it's been a great group of people as well. Every day I look forward to going to the Team Discord and seeing what everybody's talking about. This is the first sim league I ever joined but the Yeti created a welcoming environment that made it easy for me to adapt.
You've also helped my player a lot on a personal level. In the seventeenth round of the draft, expectations were not very high for whoever got picked, but you took a chance on me. I'm not sure if you remember, but you made this post post on the night of the Season 1 draft in a thread about steals. When I first started, I was unsure how long I would stick with this league and I didn't think anybody cared about me too much once I all the way to the seventeenth round but you specifically chose me out of all of your late round picks as somebody who you thought would be a steal. This gave me a lot more confidence to stick with this and keep updating my player each week. I didn't get any carries in the preseason, but you came up with a 3 running back system during the regular season to make sure I got to play each game. If I hadn't gotten playing time early on, I'm not sure if I would have continued updating and visiting this league. But now I've become very invested in this league and I've enjoyed it so much that I've even joined the SBA and EFL as well. Playing in sim leagues has been the highlight of my summer but I probably would have never really been invested in it if it weren't for you going out of your way to make me feel welcome and give me a chance to play. Thank you for being one of the only people to believe in me early on and for giving me the chance to grow. Thank you for building a great organization and giving me a chance to be a part of it. Hopefully you'll still be around since you've been a great locker room prescence, but either way, good luck in your future endeavors. :cheers:
