So Baltimore doesn't really have a say in their future?

EDIT: I'm just saying that there is precedence for the team to have a say in who is their next GM. I didn't have a 72-hour panic attack and get shit thrown at me in front of the entire league for players to not have rights.

Players absolutely have a say. The beauty of this league is that if a player is unhappy with their current team, they can leave pretty much whenever they want (request a trade/free agency). No one is forced to stay on their current team. I find it odd that a player who has made it very public that they plan to leave said team is so concerned about it's future though. If anything, that should make your opinion just as valuable as a player on another team.
