I like the new sim. It's a little longer to watch, but it feels like the plays have a little more meaning. Not a huge fan of the stats changing around since it makes it harder to keep track of your own player's progress, but seeing the football actually get thrown and move around to see where the plays are being called and going is a nice step up from the old sim as well.
I do really like the new index as well, it just makes it a lot easier to click on someone's name and see their season stats and their rating. I'm just curious why the league isn't using the personality stats as potential level up tools as well like professionalism, or how much winning means to my player etc. I think it would open up a whole wave of possibilities where players can be divas, like I strive to me with PickSix II but maybe it'll have a negative impact on the team because i'm not a team first player etc.
Just something to look into I guess for the future? Maybe don't start regression after year 7. If you think about it, If you're a one and done in college, you'd get drafted in your age 19 year. One year in the DSFL. and the 6 years before you regress at age 27? That's generally when most players hit their prime, so maybe extend regression by 3 years, and with all that extra TPE open up the second level of player progression with all the non physical stats. I don't even know if they play a part in performance for the sim, but it might be fun
