There's no better possible Ultimus host city than Las Vegas. Maybe it's not exactly a city that screams football in the way that some other potential hosts would, but imagine holding the surrounding festivities of an Ultimus bowl under the bright neon lights of Las Vegas. Players would hit up the casino right after practice and only have to worry about running into their own coaches doing the same. The teams and the fans in the stands of the Ultimus bowl will stay at the fanciest hotel, maybe the one with the really big light on top of it, or maybe the one with the really bright lights on the sign. I don't know, I've never been to Vegas, but it's reputation precedes itself.
Las Vegas is also deeply entwined in ISFL lore, too, having hosted a (then-NSFL) team for a few seasons after the S2 expansion. The old LV Legion stadium could easily be polished up and fitted to a current Ultimus, though it might take some doing since the stadium hasn't hosted a game since the Legion moved to New Orleans in S6. And yes, while the Legion were worse than terrible for their whole existence and plagued by inactivity and drama, what better way is there to celebrate the league's best teams than to dance on the grave of it's worst?
