This might have been in an earlier post, but I don't understand how you came up with the point system. How is an interception worth the same as a TD? A TD should be the highest point value among these. Why is a safety worth more?

I also thought that way at first. But i took the calculation from ProFootballFocus. Their reason for that is as followed:

We did not suggest two points for a safety. Think about it. How often do you see a safety? Should they really be worth just slightly more than a solo tackle give how rare safeties actually are? The same can be said for blocked kicks, though they are slightly more likely to occur. I’m fine with these recommendations.
