*Salary Cap Proposal

I think the GM pro of salary cap jump is important. I have a weak salary right now, based on my performance and activity level. I signed this before becoming GM, however in one season when I can renegotiate with myself I would like to give myself more money. This is so I don't have to dedicate time to writing articles or making graphics and I can instead focus on being a GM. I am hesitant to do this though because I don't want to be considered greedy or selfish by my own team, and I don't want my situation to cause my teammates to have less money and them move on to other teams or better situations. So at the moment I will probably give myself another minimum contract next season and use my updater job as my main source of income.

This is true, Adam and I do the same thing. Related, we could get paid for GMing as a league job, but I'm not sure if I'd support that or not - we definitely do a lot of work, but we also signed up for that and presumably we get some enjoyment from the position itself. But if we were paid for GMing as a league job, outside of our contracts, on a personal level I'd appreciate it, just not sure how fair it is, lol.
