This is true, Adam and I do the same thing.  I'm not sure if I'd support pay for the GM position or not - we definitely do a lot of work, but we also signed up for that and presumably we get some enjoyment from the position itself.  But if we were paid for GMing as a league job, outside of our contracts, that would be welcome for sure, just not sure how fair it is, lol.

Yea I don't know if I necessarily want to be paid for the GM spot. I think the pay is for our players and should come out of the cap as such, but an increase in cap would alleviate some of the burden on GMs.

We already do a lot of work for the teams, and it is enjoyable, but taking a lower pay causes more work with media obligations.
