(S27) PT3 - We're halfway there

I get that talking about yourself is obvious and being unconventional with your answer is pretty obvious but I'm going to pitch myself. I'm also going to pitch myself for a new award. A lot of players don't play at their position for roster reasons or callup reasons. I'm the 4th string Linebacker for the butchers and so i'm being played at a few positions that isn't the SLB that I'm speced for. I think that players like me should have something to look forward to that know that they're not going to win a conventional award. This award isn't without president as the national basketbnall association has an award just like this In the NBA its called the 6th man and for the ISFL it would be called the Bench Players of The Year or BPoTY. This would go to a player that is listed a rank below the starting roster for a team. this would be the third Saftey the third DE or DT the 4th CB 4th WR third RB maybe. It wouldn't need to be that hard to select edge cases as you could take the positional rankings for each team and then select the third or fourth best player on that team. A crossover award would be something different for awards as well. Currently the only awards given that include offence and defence are ones that almost always go to Offensive players. I feel like It would be a lot more chaotic and a lot better conversation to praise a player whos a great depth piece for a franchise. Now do I think that I would be the winner of this award? No but that realy would require a lot of work that I think would go into a good media peice (that I really might do for a good media bonus hint hint).
