Are you kidding me? Juno is built for the spotlight. Although he's not the best actor, but his personality will carry almost any show he's featured on. After he retires, he'll likely be on various shows similar to Runnin' Wild With Bear Grylls, Fear Factor, Survivor, The Bachelor, and Ninja Warrior, alongside appearances on various late night talk shows.
Hell after a few of those, he might even have his own show. Adventures with Juno Hu, or somethin like that. He'll travel the world trying all kinds of weird stuff. It'll be at times comedy, at times information, at times heroic, and at times tragic. Can he complete the Surströmming challenge? How far into SpecOps military training can he get? Run him through a cooking gauntlet with Gordon Ramsay. Around draft time, he can have his own version of Gruden's QB Camp, where he works with the various top DB prospects to see if they have what it takes to succeed in the league. He can expose the various injustices happening worldwide. He can host some "life makeovers" episodes to boost the quality of life for those who need and deserve it.
But also, isn't that the dream life? Get paid to go on adventures around the world, to improve yourself, and to constantly learn and experience new things? All while entertaining the masses and even improving society. Shit, he'd love to start now, but contract details prevent him from doing dangerous things due to injury risk. So I guess this'll all have to wait until his ISFL career is over.
Besides, his current offseason is spent training and studying. How else is he gonna turn in a hall of fame career?
