One of the most famous pieces of drama in the NSFL, as @RainDelay has told me, is the Orange County Otters quarterback controversy which took place during season 1. I don't really know all that much about all the reasons for it, but I'll share my perspectives on what happened to each of them.
1) Mike Boss
Current Team: Otters
Mike Boss was the original starter and threw a bunch of picks, but actually has a pretty nice build, so the Otters were confident that he could lead them to a brighter future than the other two, I guess. He has a solid media presence as well, so I'm sure he will stick around and keep building, even if the going gets rough.
2) Josh Bercovici
Current Team: Legion
Probably the most controversial of the three, Josh Bercovici made waves early on complaining about playing time. He thought he was much better than Mike Boss and deserved a shot, but when he eventually got the shot, he was less than impressive. He then signed some large ass contract with the LV Legion in the offseason, which was the subject of a lot of criticism as well. His play this season has not been up to snuff either, having the lowest QBR in the league by far and throwing 5 picks for every touchdown.
3) Ethan Hunt
Current Team: Sabercats
The quietest and also best of the three, Ethan Hunt is the QB that I protect on the line in San Jose. He has stated that he won't stick around in SJ post-S2, but if the 'Cats find success, which I hope they do, maybe he will reconsider. I mean, don't change what works, right?
