You actually get 25 TPE back from the balance patches (Endurance min from 50 to 60 is 20 TPE, Hands min from 35 to 40 is 5 TPE), so there's an extra 15 TPE you didn't add back. I put that TPE in your bank so you have 24 TPE banked now (this wouldn't change your Total TPE since it's just reallocating TPE to your bank after raising your minimums to the new value)
