@rapideagle, what I said in my previous post was incorrect. It was brought to my attention that rulebook section IV.A.6.b says "If attributes are brought below the prerequisite values for any obtained trait, that trait may still be kept even though the prerequisites are no longer met." So the the regression values listed in your update post were totally valid. I have corrected my mistake and updated your attributes to the ones you put in your update post. Sorry for the inconvenience.
